In late spring, summer, and early fall, most of our guests are visitors to Alaska, here to experience and enjoy Alaska’s wonderful natural beauty, but many are local Alaskans just looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.ĭenali National Park is a short 2 ½ hour drive north on the Parks Highway, where you can take a bus tour and/or go for a hike. You can pick up the Alaska Railroad train there and continue your sightseeing from the comfort of their beautiful cars, or book a flight seeing tour including a glacier landing. Stay with us and drive the few miles to this small, rural, Alaskan village. We’re just a few miles from Talkeetna, the aviation gateway to Denali, with wonderful places to eat and shop.
